FAQs

Frequently asked questions

What is considered a vintage or pre-owned ring?

A vintage ring is typically at least 20–30 years old and may represent a specific era
(e.g., Art Deco, Victorian, Mid-Century). A pre-owned ring refers to any ring that has
had a previous owner, regardless of age. Please note that some rings might have
some wear and tear and hallmarks might have faded over time. All descriptions are
accurate as we can be, please email us with any questions prior to purchasing

Are vintage rings in good condition?

Absolutely. Our vintage and pre-owned rings are carefully cleaned, polished, and,
when necessary, professionally restored—while maintaining the integrity of the
original design.

Do you offer ring resizing?

Yes, most rings can be resized. Please check the product description or contact us
for details. Note that resizing may take additional time before shipping. Please add
the ring resizing option with the desired size at check out. Please note that if the ring
is hallmarked this will be lost.

Are your rings ethically sourced?

Yes. We are committed to ethical sourcing and sustainability. Buying vintage and
pre-owned jewellery is an eco-conscious choice that helps reduce demand for newly
mined materials.

What if the ring I want is sold out?

Each vintage piece is one-of-a-kind. Once it's sold, it's gone. However, you can
contact us with specific styles or eras you're interested in, and we'll do our best to
source something similar.

How is the ring packaged?

Each ring is carefully packaged in a beautiful, gift-ready ring box and shipped
securely with tracking.
