We sell second-hand and vintage jewellery, primarily rings.

  • Vintage items will show signs of wear, age, or minor blemishes.
  • These characteristics are part of the item’s history and are not faults.
  • Any significant damage or defects will be clearly described and/or shown in photographs.
  • Product images are taken to represent items accurately, but appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting or screen settings.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that vintage jewellery is not in 'new' condition.

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its approved payment providers.
  • Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability.
  • Once placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors in pricing, stock availability, or suspected fraud.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Responsibility for the item passes to you once it has been delivered.

6. Ring Resizing

  • We offer a ring resizing service on selected items.
  • Rings resized at the customer’s request are considered personalised items.
  • Resized rings are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty or not as described prior to resizing.
  • Once resizing work has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

We strongly recommend confirming your ring size before requesting resizing. Please contact us if you need assistance.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
